I'd definitely NOT do a scappy--Jinny Beyer is all about color and her fabrics are designed to provide the blends shown in her patterns to get those great color dominated patterns. I used one of her free patterns (go to her website) called Navejo Morning for son's wedding quilt and did use some of her fabrics and some I selected based on couple's favorite colors, but still in the color range she showed. Her fabrics are wonderful and very subtle difference in the colors.

To add a link to your post, go to the page you want to link to. At the very top of your browser screen is the address line. It should start with http... Highlight the entire string (might be long) and copy it. Then go to your post. Hit the return key to get to a new line and paste the address in. Hit the return key again and finish your typing. I tried it just now, and my browser address did not say http... but I copied what I saw up there: "www....", and it worked, too. I just sent myself a link to the site that shows how to make hexagons upside down. http://mousechirpy-polkadotpineapple...gon-yo-yo.html |
