Chain of Faith quilt pattern

I’ve been going in circles as I try to find Chain of Faith quilt pattern by Moda bake shop. Any help is beyond appreciated.

Thanks KathyT ... looks like a pattern that would work well as a scrappy!

Thank you for the ask and for the answer. I also was thinking of a scrappy with a consistent color for the "chain". Looks easy and a good way to devour some scraps.

I would like it better scrappy ( with a consistent color chain) too. Show us what you plan.....

Hmmm.... rather like that and have been looking for a good pattern to use up homespuns...

Sorry, QuiltE, it won't be fast but I'll put it on the list! I'll print out the pattern and put it in the homespun box.

Very cute pattern. But I don't understand the part about being vertical. If those blocks were turned by one quarter, I think they would look the same. Am I missing something?

I think she is just trying to say to be careful how you lay them out, so the secondary pattern does not get goofed up.

I think her comment is about the layout of the 4 smaller blocks with sashing. Only one corner of those smaller blocks has the 4-patch, and all four 4-patches should be turned toward the center.

If you look at the picture of the whole quilt near the bottom, directly above the picture of the person wrapped in a quilt, you'll see that some of the blocks in the smaller unit (4 blocks with sashing) were turned wrong. It doesn't negatively affect the beauty of the whole quilt IMHO.

I loved this quilt so much that when Jo came out with the pattern, I bought the same jelly rolls to make one just like it. Well, just like it *except* I kept the blocks all going the same direction.

If you look at the picture of the full quilt on the last page, you will see that there are blocks on the bottom right that are twisted! The chains are then broken.

If you do a search on Pinterest, there are several that come up.

I think it'd work great scrappy, as long as the chains are a consistent color that is strong enough to stand out as a chain.

Thanks so much, Kathy T for sharing the 'Chains of Faith' quilt pattern! I too have been going around in circles trying to find it.

This looks like a very pretty quilt and it looks like it will be fun to make. I can't wait to see the finished quilt.
