Check out Project Linus. They have lots of free patterns for charity.

This site has lots of kiddie patterns, especially good for charity quilts:

Mary Johnson has maryquilts.com It is loaded with free quilt patterns. She even allows you to sell quilts made from her patterns, just says you cannot claim the patterns or directions as your own creation.

Good sites. Also try http://www.quilterscache.com/ Marsha does a great job on her site, last known count was over 1600 blocks to look at and how it looks made up by her or by one of her helpers. Easy to follow directions.

I just make up my own or some I have done before.
