When I was in Las Vegas, a lady showed me a charity quilt she made and I believe it used only two fabrics (maybe 3). Anyway, when she cut out the pieces for one quilt, she had pieces for another quilt in reverse colors.
Does anyone have a pattern like that? I seem to have lost the pattern and would love to make something like that for charity.

Thank you

Darlene

"Double Pinwheel" by Eleanor Burns works like that. I have made it a couple of times & it is awesome to get 2 quilts out of it. It takes 3 colors - the background & 2 pinwheel colors.

Thank you - I think I can look up Eleanor Burn's site to find the pattern, right.?

I have also made Eleanor Burns' Double Pinwheel. I used blue and yellow.

I think E. Burns Twin sister pattern is the same way. I watched the video on her site a couple weeks ago. Also Bonnie at Quiltville.com has one, I think its the My Blue Heaven.
