Charm squares, actuall "raw" size

I'd like to have a 5" finished square for some quilts. I see that RJR has them at 5 1/2" which is ideal! Is this the norm or are most others just 5" when you purchase them?

Thanks! :o

Charm packs/squares are generally 5" squares. I've never seen them sold as 5 1/2" except from a private person ( like eBay, or a request.

I would think the 5.5 is an exception rather than the rule.

Usually 5" squares 41/2" squares.

Charms are normally 5" squares. On eBay, I bought some that were cut by the seller at 6".

I too like the 5 1/2" size but everything I like only comes in 5". Were these cut by a company or individual?

Update: My re-search this morning found that 5" is the norm and now I can't even find the link to the RJR link I found on Google! OK so my D9P will be done with 5" squares and end as 4 1/2" squares. Thanks everyone.
