It's an Atkinson pattern called Cheese and Crackers. It's still available as far as I can tell. In doing a Google search, The Virginia Quilter has it for $7.00. Another store had it for $8.00.

thank you all ... Laurie gave you the details about the pattern. Let me say that it is a very easy pattern. I swear it can be done in a day. Without running to my pattern book, I am sure all you would need is something like 10 FQs and a couple yards of the background fabric. The quilt measures close to 54"x68" - a good sized lap quilt. The border detail is included. If you wanted to make a bigger one, there is instruction. zip-zoom
