An ornament swap would be AWESOME!!!
I would offer to be the coordinator, but am dealing with some long-term health issues, and just couldn't handle all the work.
Can someone PLEASE step up and offer to be the 'ornie' boss???

The sleep or lounge pants are a big hit with the men in my family also. I have bought Simplicity patterns when they are 99cents so I have most all sizes ready. I agree the men are harder to make for. The aprons and oven mits sound like a great idea. I made a gray fleece blanket witht he Harley Davideson emblem in one corner for a friend and he loved it. It was one of the easist things I made. I like to give practical gifts so it's hard to come up with things people will actually use.

Is the recipe posted on here somewhere?

I posted a thread on Swap link to see who would be interested in doing the ornament swap for the holidays.

Price was $3.25/yd with a 4 yard minimum. Now does anyone have the pattern for the Potato Warmers???

Thanks Jeanie for this info. I ordered 10 yds, so I guess family is going to get tater bags for Christmas, along with Tortilla warmers, corn on the cob cookers, etc.

OMG!! I guess this is the time to get those Christmas gifts started. Thanks for the reminder and for all of the great ideas!! I'm hoping to make aprons for friends and relatives - got the fabric so I guess I'm one step in the right direction :)
