I've made several by making a "lone star", putting triangles between the star points, making the skirt an octagonal (?) shape. I left it open from the outer edge to the center between 2 of the stars & finished it w/prairie points. Unfortunately I don't presently have a pic of one, as I gave them all away to family.
After tomorrow, I will be away from a computer for about a week on a trip to CA but if you'd like to see a pic, I will see if one of my grand dgtrs can get hers out & take some pics. Send me a PM & I'll be happy to try to get them to you. Have a blessed day & may all your quilts be filled w/love. |

Thanks everybody for all the neat sites and sharing. Love the idea of a tree skirt for each season - now that's awesome and such fun.

Here's two I've made so far. I still have Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving, St Patty's Day and of course, Christmas. I want to make each one a different style, so I appreciate all the other ideas.
