Heading to NYC on Tuesday. Is The City Quilter worth a look-see?

With out a doubt you must go to CQ. They have a NYC fabric line that is a knock out plus they now have a quilt art gallery - hopefully the new display will be up when you get there. This is my lqs and I am forever grateful that Cathy and Dale (owners) plus all the wonderful woman who work there exist in NYC. They have wonderful classes at reasonable prices. I have learned so much from all of them.

Yes! I bought fabric there and love it. I've never seen that material here at home. We go to NYC every year and I love going around to every fabric store and whatnot store I can find.

Definitely worth it. Very cool fabric and staff that are friendly and helpful.

If your doing a mini road trip don't forget The ArtQuilt Gallery NYC, 133 West 25th Street, between 6th & 7th Avenues. good inspiration if you enjoy art quilts.
