Civil War/Confederate Flag Fabric
 

I am trying to make a Civil War quilt using "Generals of the Civil War" panels and I am looking for some fabric that has small Confederate Flags and US Flags from that era on it. Windham made some at one time but it says its not being made now. Does anyone know where I can find fabric with small flags on it? The only one Ive been able to find was Confederate flags bunched together and I really just need 3-4 individual flags. Thanks so much!! Joan

There must be some available somewhere. I saw online, I think maybe msnbc.com, that a girl in TN was kicked out of her prom because she wore a confederate flag dress.

Ive found plenty of Confederate flags but no "fabric" with small flags on it. Any help is appreciated!

The Gettysburg map fabric has some flags on it. I believe it is the same line. I just bought some from e-bay. There was more of it left. I just searched 'Civil War' and came up with several options. I ordered on the 21st and it arrived today.... great service.

Thanks Merry, thats the only link I could find too except for the one on EBay. I dont care much for the one fabric because I wanted a "flat" flag, not several. Thanks to everyone for helping!!

I just purchased fabric with US flags on them. It is for the Battle Hymn Republic quilt by Barbara Beckaman ( I think thats her name).

Rebecca, I did put that in and found a brand new fabric from Windham that looks very interesting so I ordered it! Not sure it has a confederate flag but it has maps of battlefields and I think Ill use that in my quilt! THANK YOU!!!
