According to her link, it's 30 degrees Celsius, which equals 86 F.

By the way, for small blood stains like you get when you poke yourself while hand sewing, dab your own saliva on with a q-tip. First aid until you can treat it properly

I am glad for you, If I get blood on anything I use peroxide.

Someone already posted this, but YES your own saliva takes out your blood! I have even used my own saliva on my children's clothes that had their blood on. I found out about this from Regis on his show. He was telling how he had cut himself shaving and got blood on his collar and someone told him to spit on it and yep, it came out. A real qucik fix!
