Cleopatra's Fan Paper Pieced?
 

I am trying to find a paper pieced pattern for Cleopatra's fan. I found one on Etsy but the other patterns that seller has don't have great reviews and there are no reviews for the CF pattern at all.

Does anyone here know of another company that sells the pattern?

However, I don't know if this is what you are looking for as you mentioned PPing, and these are not.
That being said ... I have successfully done curves via PPing, so it can be done.

I know shar jorgenson of quilting from the heartland sells the acrylic templates and also has a video on piecing it....

Purchased the paper pieced pattern from Etsy and it was a mess of inconsistent seam allowances and non-existent pieces. The seller gave me a refund.

I am not good with templates. Guess I'll have to let this one go.

I've started drawing up my own paper pieced patterns. The main part is figuring out where to divide them up so you can sew them together.

to do this one paper pieced, you'd have to sew the units that make up arcs, and then sew the arks together, as you can not paper piece a curved seam.

Is your main concern getting it correct so the seams line up?

I'd be much more inclined to cut out the pieces and sew them into wedges. I'd use scissors and cut 4 layers at a time. It's kind of funny how many quilters I've run across who don't think to use scissors more. I have done a lot of clothing construction with lots of curved edges and tissue paper patterns pinned to fabric. And I've done quilt a bit of doll clothing, which is way more complicated pieces than any quilt I've done so far. I learned to use a rotary cutter about 5 years ago, so I'm still quick to grab my dressmaking shears if that makes things easier.

I use scissors a lot at times. i have the free pattern. can't find it right now. I saw acrylic templates for this pattern on Ebay I believe.

I've never used Inklingo ... but have heard great things about them.
Maybe worth a try?

I've tried the freezer-paper-through-the-printer thing and it doesn't go through my printer so I'm hesitant to try Inklingo. It looks interesting though.
