this is my little sisters first quilt! the makings of a puff quilt! I bought all of the fabric for her birthday two years ago, she is FINALLY getting around to sewing up all of the pieces and what do you know??? Walmart no longer carries this "Cluster Stuff"

I dug out every bit of mine and gave it to her... but she is still two or three bags short! she is ready to give up on the whole project she is so frustrated, I told her I would shout out to all of my buddies on the board and see if any of you would be willing to help her out.
PLEASE, do any of you have any cluster stuff you would be willing to part with??? I will find something to do to even up with a donor.

Please help!

Call Marshall dry goods. According to Morning Glory's facebook you can get it from them. I don't know the price but it wouldn't hurt to call and find out. (The picture on the website I added is just a general picture if you read below it states what they have available for order.)

Be careful not to fill them too full or you will have a hard time sewing them into rows.

OK, I dropped a line to customer service at Marshalls Dry Goods, :D lets see what happens :D

I still havent found a # for Morning Glory... I need to look over the facebook page some more I guess.

I wonder why this brand isnt more avaliable? it is a wonderfull product.

I was absolutely clueless as to what you were looking for until I saw the bag. That would be frustrating for a specific item to become unavailable mid-craft. Good luck on your quest. Sorry, I was of no help.

If you can't get it from them, then maybe the coupon for Hobby Lobby would at least cover the shipping. Unless there is a hobby lobby near you. Good luck.

I have looked up the # for my hobby lobby. its two hours away, but four for my sister.... I will call them to see if they have it in store.

thank you so much!!!

You won't be able to tell the difference if you use Poly Fil. Walmart, Hobby Lobby, JoAnn's, and Michaels sell that.

deranged_damsel 03-30-2011 04:12 PM

!!!!!THANKS ALL!!!!!

I decided to take a trip to town, so I went to Hobby Lobby and they had three bags sitting on the shelf :D AND all of the batting and stuffing was 30% off!!! whoohoo!!!!!

Just dont ask me how much I spent on other stuff

If yall havent tried this cluster stuff before YOU SHOULD, it is FAR superior to fiberfill! for baby toys and dolls I dont use anything else, it does not beard through the fabric and NEVER goes lumpy or flat :D :D :D

I think my sister will be happy with the results of her puff quilt :D
now to get her to finish it ;)

So glad that you were able to find it at Hobby Lobby and on sale too! That's great! Don't forget to ask your sister to let you post a pic of the completed project.
