Getting to this board every morning is my motivation to get up and get chores done quickly. I told myself that I have to quit looking here by the time my coffee is gone. You should see the size of my coffee cup!

Corry 02-17-2011 09:55 AM

ABSOLUTELY!! Coffee and hit the recliner with the laptop. After breakfast I go to my sewing room.

clsurz 02-17-2011 10:26 AM

Yes

I really miss the 5:30 programs that WERE on HGTV and DIY...the old cat and I would have our coffee and watch the shows while my hubby got ready for work.....

LoriEl 02-17-2011 12:13 PM

Only on the week-ends. If I didn't have to go to work so early in the morning every day would start that way1

angel222 02-17-2011 01:12 PM

here to everyday I also go back and read some old oneto

libbiebean 02-17-2011 02:03 PM

Funny, but I end my day with it.

bettysew 02-17-2011 02:12 PM

Coffee, email, Quilters Board

GloBug 02-17-2011 02:17 PM

Dogs,coffee,e-mail,Board.

dphelps 02-17-2011 02:35 PM

That is my usual routine (coffee, QB, e-mail) but lately I have been trying to finish a project so I have coffee and sew in the morning until after lunch and then get online during my break. This break usually lasts a while so I don't always go back to quilting for very long. It has been slow going. Cannot make it through the day without all of you. I suffer withdraws.

sharoney 02-17-2011 02:36 PM

Absolutely! Only I must have "stand a spoon in it" coffee!

mar32428 02-17-2011 03:04 PM

Animals, coffee, email, board and newspaper if I don't have a meeting etc. to go to. Oh, I do eat some breakfast in there.

Oh, I could never do the Facebook thing, I would get too side-tracked. As it is the quilting board is my morning addiction. LOL

craftymatt2 02-17-2011 04:40 PM

Need the real stuff in the morning, not decaf the first thing, that comes after dinner.

Quilting Board later in the day. I get stuck on here, if I look at it the first thing in the AM.

jojosnana 02-17-2011 05:33 PM

I prefer to end my day with the board.....but I am drinking a cup of coffee

Taughtby Grandma 02-17-2011 05:36 PM

I catch up at night while DH has the TV on. I feel like I've been talking to friends.

rainbowquilt 02-17-2011 05:52 PM

yep as much as I can (when i play hooky from work) :)

AnnT 02-17-2011 05:55 PM

Yes, Indeed...I check out what's been happening on-line every morning with my second cup of coffee...I drink the first one while getting my son off to school!

That is pretty much me too. Then news.

primgranny 02-17-2011 06:49 PM

Is there anything else better to do in the morning, what a wonderful way to wake up.

madamekelly 02-17-2011 07:19 PM

I guess I am the opposite. I grab a bottle of water, my meds, and a comfy chair, and come read the newsletter as I unwind from the day with my 'all over the world, quilty friends". No better way to end a day. I love you all, and wish untold happiness, for each and every one of you.

grammysharon 02-17-2011 08:24 PM

Nope-My Konstantins comes about 4:00 PM so I am usually on in the late afternoon or evening. Sometimes about midnight!!

Toni-in-Texas 02-17-2011 08:36 PM

I do my reading at the end of the evening before I go to bed. That way, I don't have rush through my enjoyment of all the fun letters and pictures.

fivepaws 02-17-2011 09:01 PM

Boy, I used to get The Board in the a.m. but now it doesn't come until around 9:00 p.m. Is anyone else having this problem?

tepewalsh 02-18-2011 01:49 AM

One of the first things I read every morning!

CGail 02-18-2011 06:23 AM

Most mornings, I read the QB right after the newspaper. I'm also having my coffee while reading the paper and then the QB. - Cynthia

Va Quilter 02-18-2011 08:26 PM

Oh I wish my day could start out with coffee and Konstantins!
As you see it is late at nite and that's when I get to look at all the beautiful quilts shared on the board here!

cr12cats 02-18-2011 09:21 PM

i get the board here at 6 pm when DH usually comes home if he's late he finds me here so i go and dish out dinner for him after the evening is done i am usually back here while he is in bed.so usually a nice evening cup of tea.

fivepaws 02-19-2011 07:26 AM

This is weird. I am sure that it is sent out at the same time. Any IT people out there that can tell us why some get it early morning and others late evening?
