this has become a morning ritual for me. Have a cup of decaf while I look over the newsletter. Gets my blood pumping and makes me rearing to go. Anyone else out there jumpstart their day like this??

Yap that is what I am doing right now pause have to go refill my coffee cup LOL great way to start a positive day with lots of great info to think about all day.

But, it is time for me to get busy. Because even on my days off I give myself a break time, and a lunch time which allows me MORE - coffee, E-mail, Facebook and Quilting Board. ♥
