NOT the kind for the cirucut but the kind that is flexible and heavy weight....kinda like the kind your Grandmother put over her best tablecloth. Need it for a embroidery project and can't find colored just the adhesive stuff

Are you talking about "oilcloth"?

Except at our house, it was put over the bare table.

Why it was called "oilcloth" was always a mystery to me.

No thats not it but thanks....it is see/thru vinyl. I think what I may have to do is buy a clear shower curtain if I can find one in color that you can see thru. Clear vinyl is used in a lot of embroidery in the hoop projects....

If you have a Joann's nearby they sell it on the roll in the home dec fabric section.

If you have a WalMart nearby that still has fabric, they sell it off the roll - probably in the 4' width range.

You may be looking for a product called "dry-cover up". It comes in 17 colors plus clear and is made in the USA by a company called Hoop-It-All, Inc. The company is in Prescott Valley, RZ Zip 86314.
Hope this is helpful. I also embroider. I have a Husqvarna Viking designer 1

they are little wallets with a pocket in the back...I can find clear vinyl at my local Ben Franklins but the directions show using colored vinyl and I may have to check their web site and ask where they got it....It is www.moosebstitchin.com
