Colour for center of medallion? Help!

I am not sure completely (but I think I have a preference) of what looks best in the center of the medallion. Black, gray, red or blue. What do you think?

The blue picks up the blue in the rest of the blocks. But it may be too big a hit of blue. Have you thought about making a mini star burst inside the large one?

I like the black as it lets the colours in the smaller blocks shine. Going to be pretty whatever you decide.

Oh the blue shows up best. try gray too.

I like the gray personally -- all the others bring my eye to the dot rather than the rest of the medallions.
