Ordering by mail is really the way I go now that there really aren't any local quilt shops within 25 miles. Have never had any trouble adding to my stash or finding the piece I really need to go with the colors I need. Never been disappointed.

I've had great success with 1,000 bolts as well.

I'm an established customer of thousands of bolts. Been using them for years. They do a good job with selection and quality. I buy a lot from Hancock's Paducah and I've sent several things back - two fabrics came that didn't print right - I didn't find the one til after the 30 day send back period. I won't do that again.

I am so glad to hear everyone rave about thousands of bolts! The owner belongs to our qult guild and I tell her at our meetings how much everyone on here likes them. She is a wonderful person and she truly appreciates all the wonderful comments you all give her!

I've ordered from www.thousandsofbolts.com many times and I'm always satisfied with her fabrics and customer service.

I haven't ordered fabric by mail yet. I am a toucher and want to know just what that fabric feels like. I will check them out, though.[/QU?OTE]
I will check it out, too, but I like to feel the fabric & look at the colors in person. Choosing colors is such a personal experience, how can you trust what you see on a computer monitor? |
I have ordered many yards of material from 1,000 bolts and never, never been disappointed. Also, the color is true to the swatch shown. By ordering only by the full yard, it becomes a great stash builder. Would recommend themn to anyone.
