I needed some white fabric and did not like the selection at Joann's, so I took a chance and ordered a yard from Connecting Threads without expecting too much. It came today and it is fabulous. Very good quality, can barely see the seam allowance thru the fabric when you turn it under and it was only $4.96 yard. I love connecting threads. I also ordered some black and again it's great, very black if you know what I mean.

I have always been happy with their fabrics, thread and service.

I also have been really pleased with their fabric.

I have ordered several times from them and have never been disappointed. I especially like the cream roots fabric. It is just wonderful for those background fabric requirements.

I am planning on doing a stained glass quilt - do you think their black is good enough for that?

Thanks

The only thing I noticed about their fabric was the last kit I got, there seems to be alot of threads loose on the back side. I'd be sure and clean my machine after every project is done too.

I have ordered fabric right off the clearance rack at Connecting Threads, and you can't tell the difference between that and what I received when I ordered some full price fabric. I think what you're getting in the clearance area is what is left over from the kits that didn't sell. Anyway, I've ordered a lot of fabric from there, and a couple of kits, and it's all been awesome. Customer service has been awesome as well. They deserve gold stars. It was because of my experiences there that I ordered from another well known and respected on line store, and now I'm using that fabric for practice. Difference was day and night, with customer service as well. As they say, never accept a bad experience twice! I'd be stunned if I had a bad experience at Connecting Threads.

Cream "roots" fabric...just looked and couldn't find that? It asked me if I meant cream "dots"...

Never mind...I typed it in search the first time...went back and found it under textures...that would work well for backgrounds!!!
