I received my order from connecting threads saturday I ordered one yard and only received 28 inches called this morning they are sending me a yard and told me to keep the 28 inches all free of charge HAPPY DANCE by the way the material I received was very nice it's for the "The Farmers Wife Sampler Quilt" I'm starting this winter it's so nice to have great customer service I would recommend their material and service this is my second order and I will order again

I have had a very similar experience with CT. I ordered a yard of a batik and the wrong color arrived. They sent the correct color right away and told me to just keep the wrong one, which was also lovely, just not right for the project I had in mind.

Yes I LOVE CT fabrics, and thread also.

I have had the same experience, I puchased sever 3/4 yard pieces, and received on that was 1/2 yard, I called customer service and had a replacement in a few days. GREAT SERVICE

Same here............they are wonderful!

Had a large spool of their thread that after 1/2 used was bad. Called them and they replaced it right away.

I've never ordered from CT but my husband has for a gift. :)

On another note: I was also thinking about starting the Farmers Wife Sampler!!! Are you doing a specific color palate? How much of each color are you getting? I haven't decided if I want to choose specific colors or if I want the scrappy look.

I just ordered a few things from them last month, and although their thread is a bit linty (not bad tho compared to other company's threads I've used) I LOVE their fabrics! Can't wait to get started on my next project now...
