Cordelss Iron
Hi
My Oreck cordless iron is dyeing on me - the coating is coming off the bottom and material is starting to stick. I would like to get another cordless iron to use when I piece a quilt together. Can you suggest a good fairly inexpensive cordless iron? Thanks NormaBeth:) |
I would love a cordless. Looking forward to seeing the replies.

I didn't even realize they had cordless irons, will have to look into this...

I know that Panasonic makes a cordless iron & they sell it at WalMart here in Canada but I am not familiar with it. It's not super expensive but it's not too cheap either.
Don't know about the quality & reliability though. |
Ive had mine for years. The only thing it says is MAX on it. I can't remember where I got it but I wouldn't like to have one with a cord. It's so easy to use. Hope you find one.

Wow! I'm going to have to look for one. I love the idea of not having a cord in the way.

I used to have a cordless iron. It was great for pressing seams and small things, but to iron something like a large piece of fabric it didn't hold the heat long, so I always used my plugin iron for anything very large.

I have my Maytag cordless iron for when the top is completed adn I need to iron it and the backing so they are nice for quilting. Love3 the iron.
