Cordless irons

For the people that have cordless irons could you tell me what you have and if you like it. Thank you

I purchased a Panasonic a couple of months ago. So far I like it and haven't had any problems.

Here's the link to the one that I have: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I’ve had the Panasonic 360 for more than a year now and still like it. I like that it has points on both ends which make it easier to press in tight spots. I also like that I’m not dragging the cord across my work. It did take a while to get used to putting down on the base instead of standing it on end, definitely can’t do that when both ends are pointy. ;-)

I love mine for the huge amount of steam, but don't like that it turns off and have to wait for it to heat up again

FYI, I don't have a cordless iron, but I do hang my cord UP off of the ironing board. There is no pulling or dragging the cord on any fabric or board. It helps.

i have two cordless irons and love them both.

one is a Panasonic, with points at both ends.
it's good for travel because it's fairly light and has a cover with handle.

the other is a Sunbeam.
it's bigger and heavier (which I like.)
it heats/re-heats a bit faster than the panasonic.

they are both much harder to tip over or knock off the ironing board.
that's a major plus for me.

I have the Panasonic also. I’m on my 2nd one. The first one started leaking water after about 5 years. I tried using it without water, but I love to use steam.

I also have the Panasonic 360 with points at each end. I love it. It is light and easy to take to class. It took a very short time to get use to putting it back on its base immediately but since it does not stand on it's end due to points it was easy. It does turn off so if you are not using it, you will have to hit the button. It heats quickly. I don't use an ironing board while piecing but an ironing pad and it sits on my table near my iron. I thought I would not like to use this one when pressing the entire quilt but I did not have any issues. I hope this helps.

ditto on Panasonic 360 w/pointed ends and Titanium plate...it, no issues...Only thing Is I keep forgetting it doesn't stand on it own

I also have the Panasonic 360. Purchased at AQS show in 2016 & have not been sorry.

I, too, have the Panasonic mentioned above - love the shape, size, stand, cover, auto cord retraction, portability, etc.. I even happen to like that it shuts off by itself even though I often find myself having to wait for it to re-heat. The only con for me is that it doesn't get super-super hot like the Rowenta. I don't use steam in either iron and there's a noticeable difference to me but not a show-stopper.

I had been thinking of getting a cordless so thanks for the timely thread and advice. I bought a Panasonic 360 today at my fav quilt shop. Tried it out when I got home and so far I'm loving it. Quick to heat up to high setting and seemed plenty hot for me. I don't need nor want a scorcher. My sewing room is yellow and blue but I had only seen the red color. The shop had red and blue - yay! I got the blue one. $99 plus tax. No waiting and paying for shipping. I believe in supporting LQSs as much as possible. Sticking my tongue out at amazon. lol
