I'm a scrppy kinda girl myself, this is pretty

Kind of like a scrappy snowball. Cool.

Fun quilt with lots of interesting fabrics. Love your scrappy quilt.

The first pics are semi-close-ups of some of the prints. Some had auditioned for kitchen or laundry room curtains....a couple actually made it.
My first layout was completely random, and I didn't like it. I am much happier with the final layout. If you take a step back, you'll see there is a square (set on point) of light colored blocks centered in the quilt, and the dark colored blocks are arranged a bit like X's around that light center square
I like it better than expected, but now I'm in a pickle regarding the quilting....but I won't whine about it here.

Very nice. I like it, and it almost has a Trip Around the World flavor to it.

That turned out really great. That's what i love about scrappies...you might not love or even like the fabics individually but once you cut them all up and put them in a quilt, they look great together!
