I always spray inside. And I always lay down newspaper around the edges to keep the overspray off of the floor. Never have had a problem with fumes.

I don't think it would be warm enough to spray outside. I would just do it inside.

what about spraying in the bathroom, or room with an exhaust fan? that would help, or just opening a window in the room you are working in will give you ventilation...
YES, IT IS VERY FLAMABLE! don't have a smoke hanging out of your mouth when you spray... it is as flamable as your hair spray, or any other pressurized can of .... what ever. you need a flame to ignite it....... |
but don't spray in the garage if your hot water heater is in there.
