I turned on a Lifetime movie and spent 2 hrs cutting rectangles, squares & some triangles out of my scraps. Now there is still more to do. But I have a question...90% of this is tiny crumbs and selvages. Roughly 2 lbs worth that fill a plastic bag. I hate to throw anything away ...Is it too bold to ask on the Classified board if anyone would want this as long as they pay postage. Probably flat rate $4.95?
Right now being out of work times are tight.

Go for it.

You won't have any problem selling them I am sure.

I would take it off you hands. but I need to do the same thing.

definitly pass them on- don't send them to a landfill- many scrappy quilters/crafters out there who would happily take your bag off your hands.

From my experience as soon as you post it someone will want it. It's amazing how many people will use those tiny pieces. I'm working on two boxes right now. I just ask for the postage. Good luck and glad that you are passing them on.

I have been keeping my mini scraps for stuffing pin cushions and pillows where I can fudge a little bit on the filling. Heard about it from another crafty/sewing person and thought it sounded like I might save some $$ on batting.

u would be surprised at how many will jump at the offer... so many make snippet / crumb / crazy quilts...
