Mark is the contact and very nice to deal with. He would welcome any feedback you can give him. I had e-mailed him with my frustrations which are the same as many of you have. PLEASE write and let him know your results and comments! Apparently others, including Pat Sloan, have been delighted with them. I told him how I could "catch" the top of the metal edge with my fingernail against the plastic edge. Also he agreed with the suggestion that the packaging should explain more, such as the need for the slanted out edge and how to hold the cutter against it (just normal, straight up and down), etc.

At his request I am sending him back my rulers, a damaged cutting blade and some fabric that was cut using the rulers.
He really wants this product to succeed and so do I! He understood that even if it is off by only 1/64" it is unacceptable.

So please, any of you who have tried the rulers, drop him a note. They will be very appreciative.

Exactly what rulers are these...probably the ones I just threw in the trash...LOL

Thank you I will. It has a great concept but with trying to sharpen knives you have to catch the edge just right I will contact him. Thank you!
