...Now we have a useful product. My replacement rulers came today and are spot on for accuracy and are not destroying my blades.
I've been going back and forth (in a very nice way) with Mark from the company and am glad to be able to report this. Anyone else having trouble, please advise them. I'm told only a very few people have had a problem. Anyway, end of subject. All of you in the clutches of the Big Storm of Ought-eleven, my deepest sympathies! |
Where did you find Marks information? My ruler is off I would like to contact him.
