Cutting Fabric

Does anyone have the link to a video from a quilt show class that shows how to precisely cut fabric? It was a different technique.

I wish I could be more specific.

Thank you.

Debbie Caffrey is the one I thought of first. She was on The Quilt Show and also has several classes on Craftsy. One of those is called "Clever Cuts for Efficient Quilting."

Thank you. I’ll look on YouTube for her.

Thank you. It is not her. From what I remember the lady aligned her ruler on the side that she had squared up and moved it toward that end get precise measurements. Say she wanted 5” squares. She would not measure at the 5” line. She would align her ruler on the opposite end.

I do not know if this makes any sense.

Let me see if I can find it for you. I think I posted the video you might want.

Thank you. I’ve looked everywhere, but can not find it. I thought that I had saved it.
