I am very frugal with fabric scraps, I've been cutting 2" and 5" squares everyday since Friday....... I need an easier way to do this!!! Can anyone tell me anything about the Simplicity Rotary Cutting Machine? Do you recommend it, and where can it be purchased?

I have one and do NOT recommend buying one. IMO, the fabric feeds in too fast, is difficult to keep the strips cut straight, AND roller tension is a challenge to adjust just for the fabric to evenly feed in for cutting.
I'd advise you to take the money and buy a June Tailor Quarter Cut Ruler. Find them at Hancock's maybe Joanne's. These are great! |
I asked the same question a couple of months ago - was told the same thing - not worth the money

Never heard a good thing about simplicity cutters none of them

Mine is in a box somewhere...If I could find it I'd give it away! It's worthless!

Not worth the cost of the box

I should've known it sounded to good to be true, I guess I'll save my money and continue cutting the good old fashion way :)

I am in love with my Alto's QuiltCut2. I love it and it does angles so well too.
The June Tailor shape cutters don't work for me as I will tilt the rotary cutter while it is in the slots and that can really give a wide variance i don't want to deal with. ali |
