I`m curious...are some topics deleted just a bit after thy are posted? I`ve read a few posts and just a few minutes after went looking back for them, thy aren`t there anymore...just poof...disappeared....or is it i just don`t know where to look? lol

If they are controversial (political, religious, etc) or if they get heated or nasty the moderators do a great job of keeping the peace around here :D

Some get deleted fairly quickly, it depends on how fast a moderator sees one that is deemed inappropriate from the beginning, or how quickly a topic turns sour :D:D:D

I would say it's due to subject matter-there are some subjects that really don't belong here. . .

Also recently we have had a number of double posts - the same topic posting twice - so one gets removed , the other stays so it might be that :lol:

you can click on topic log and it will give you a list of recently read topics
