Does anyone have any tips on what I might use for a design wall that would let me roll and unroll without disturbing the pieces. I know I can roll a sheet up, but I was thinking if I unrolled it, the pieces would be sticking to the backside.

Would a felt backed tablecloth eliminate that problem? Or is there something out there made especially for that?

Thanks everyone!

My friend uses a green felt caddy that is actually for puzzles when you don't want to keep them out; it works for her.

I have used a flannel backed table cloth before and it works just fine.

I take a large pc. of Warm & White and lay out my blocks, roll it up and stash it until I am ready to work on it again. in fact, I have several rolls at this time. I guess these are UFOR's. LOL

Somewhere online I've seen a design wall that can be mounted & then just rolled up. I've no idea where I saw it. It's been awhile.

if you have a bit more room to store it you could cover folding doors with flannel and fold them up when you dont need it much more stable than rolling a sheet.

i think the flannel back table cloth is a good solution

What great ideas. I'm thinking hobo2000's idea will work for me too. Thanks.

I think a flannel backed tablecloth would work just fine. That way the pieces wouldn't stick to the flannel.

I like the flannel backed tablecloth idea, will have to try that myself.
