Does anybody have this pattern? I am not sure who the designer/manufacturer is. It is a cute nine patch, white squares and colorful squares on point. I just would like to know the dimension of the white squares if I am not infringing on a copyright issue. Thanks in advance!

Could we get a picture please? I have a lot of magazines and books and wouldn't mind looking if I know exactly what I'm looking for.

Sorry I am not too computer literate so am not sure how to do that. If you google that name, Clotilde catalog will come up with the picture. thanks!

That's a pretty simple pattern and I'm not sure that anyone can copyright a nine-patch because it's been around awhile. The size just depends on what you want to work with.

ie: if you cut your strips for the 9patch at 1 1/2" then your squares would be cut at 3 1/2"
2" strips = 5" sq
2 1/2" strips= 6 1/2" squares

and that's as big as I'd go, any bigger would look clumsy in my opinion.

Rapture - that is what I was thinking too! Thanks for helping me "think" it thru!! Sometimes it just takes someone else to help me "see" it. BTW - your avatar quilt is beautiful.

"Born to quilt",
I am sure your would be infringing on the copyright. I bought this pattern some time ago from Clothilde, you can go to their web site, clotilde.com. and the pattern can be downloaded. I have not made it yet but fell in love with the pattern and it's colors. Good luck
