I wound up with an EZ Quilting Pencil Pack. It has what are described as three clear erase fabric pencils in yellow, white & silver, plus one template marking pencil in black.

The only one that I can really see well enough to use us the black one....what is the difference between Template marking and the others and will the black one wash out of a quilt top?

For once I am asking before doing....Yeah Me! I am ready to mark the "Chubby Chick" quilt top and move on to quilting.

Thanks in advance! Laura

BEWARE! Template marking pencils are for marking plastic template sheets--not for marking on fabric. It is usually grease based and will not wash out of fabric!
