? directions for 3 minute block [flying geese block]
 
Did this block with 2 seams a few years ago, but for got how I did it .
Need help to refresh my memory so I can finish a quilt top up that I
started some time ago. Thank-you.

Is that the Ricky Tims method that makes a folded goose center?

I remember doing that one, and the "goose" ended up a folded piece in the middle. I believe it was called the 5 minute block, not 3 minute. Google that and see if you find it. (There was also a 10 minute block we did, but I forget what that one looked like. A mind is a terrible thing to lose.)
