I'd love to make this quilt but cannot find a pattern name... can anyone help me?

Sorry I don't know the name but the block should be easy to draft? looks like a 12 1/2" block with a 9 1/2" square in the center. Use 2" strips around it, then sash with 2" strips and 2" squares for cornerstones.

Yup. that's what i would do. IMHO, the center is an 8" (finished, so cut at 8.5") square with 2 " outer strips (cut 2.5"). each block side seems to be half white and half aqua. add sashing with black corner stones. Like double wedding ring, it takes 4 blocks at different orientations to make one larger unit.
this setting would work well with some fussy cut largish prints |
Skyangel is right. It would be easy to duplicate. Just follow Sky's instructions These girls are great.

For a 12.5 inch UNFINISHED block, follow QM's instructions.
It looks to me like the block itself is drafted on a 6 x 6 grid and the sashing strips are the same width as the outer strips of the blocks. I am always amazed at how changing the fabrics and color placement in a pattern will give such a different result. |
I saw a picture of another quilt on this site
http://humblebeebuzz.blogspot.com/ Name of pattern is: Hip to Bee Square |
It's a pity that quilt designer seems to no longer be in business...she's a talented designer!

Thank you all so very much... I'll look at the ste w/ the other quilt like it and try to find the pattern or make one w/ your suggestions... Thanks again
