How many of you use broadcloth in your quilts? How well do they work when mixed with cottons?

I have never used it. The broad cloth I have seen had too heavy a feel to it.

Ditto, I would tend to use broadcloth with denim for a tied quilt/comforter.

I use broadcloth all of the time in the solid colors. It washes up good and sews well. I get it at Hobby Lobby for about 1.99 a yard.

No. I am sure broadcloth has polyester in it. Years ago, when making my shorts, I used it, haven't used it since. I only make quilts now.

I have used some but I didn't like the feel of it.
