Someone I know has one for sale. It's just an embroidery machine.
But thought I could use it for making quilt labels or something.
She's only asking $150 for it. It's in perfect condition.
Any thought? Good or bad machine???

I had the Deco 350 and loved it...for that price it would be a great machine .

Well, I did buy it this weekend. I'll try to get a picture posted tomorrow. I must go cook dinner for my family or they may leave me soon. I've been in my sewing room all day.

OK, took a couple of quick pictures. It's only an embroidery machine, but works excellent. I wanted it to do my quilt labels and monograms.
Sorry the pictures are fuzzy, not sure what mega pixel to set the camera on yet.

I have a Deco 500 and really like to use it. Simple to learn and a real work horse. Designs are hard to find so I would suggest you get Magic Box and then you can download tons of patterns from the internet. pes. format is a very popular format and you should be able to expand your designs. Remember you can only use 4x4 desgin field. Have fun and enjoy your new toy.

You got a steal. I paid $1500 for the same machine almost 20 years ago. I traded it in on a newer model several years ago but with the same pes format. I have a huge collection of software. At one time I used it almost daily. If my daughter ever produces offspring I will be cranking it into high gear again.

Wow! That is a big price difference. Any tips? :)
