Does anyone have a pattern for a king size pillow sham?

i am making a quilt and would like to make a pillow sham for king size pillow to match.

What pattern are you using for the quilt ? Can you just make some extra blocks and make then into a sham ?

I am making a sampler quilt and i made some extra blocks for shams, just not sure about sizes, helpful hints? Thanks!
