Does Anyone Know the Name of this Pattern?

I was at a house museum today and saw a quilt with the below pattern. It's certainly simple and I could figure out how to do it on my own but I was just wondering if it had a name I could look up for examples, etc. In the quilt I saw the whole piece was maybe 2 inches total and they were all adjoining, no sashing. It also didn't really have the 3D effect you sort of see in the picture. Excuse my poor paint skills! :p

Don't know if the block has a name but I think the mitered borders are called frames? Here are two links on how to do them

I see a spool. Maybe google "spool quilt block".

Huh???? I don't see the connection to the question.

My block picture is a square with a miter border around it. The square was sewn on the quarter hst. The square could be fussy cut or plain fabric. Simple and fast.
