Does anyone know of a pattern to make this pillow?

My SIL found this gorgeous pillow and wanted to know if I could make one. Does anyone know of a pattern to make this and what the name of the pattern is? I knew if anyone would know, it would be one of the experts on this board.

Yes, they appear to be the typically prairie points with the edges of the triangles well hidden. Very pretty pillow.
