This sunflower quilt was on a bed in a bed and breakfast in an Amish community. It was made by an Amish woman specifically for this "Sunflower" bedroom. I want to make one of these, but haven't found a pattern even similar to it. Does anyone know what it is called or where I can get a pattern similar to it?

It's pretty. I haven't seen one like it but you might be able to draw it up yourself. Looks like petal shapes and a circle.

to me it looks like a dressden plate was used. Maybe some with more experience will know more. However, this is absolutly stunning!

It is similar to a dresden plate, but it is different.

I may have to resort to making up the pattern myself, but I was sure hoping that someone knew where I could get one already designed. :D :D
