What a lucky find. Those Dresden petals are so bright and vibrant looking. Some of the vintage ones get so faded and lifeless.

On Blockbase, it is called Friendship Circle tho the center has been enlarged.

This is the basic DRESDEN design, with a little extra from the person who made it. For instance, the middle is usually solid circle, but the person decided to change that design, and the green pieces, four matching? those are a persons individual choice as well. Usually, the Dresden plate is basic scraps, not matching. Hey..to each their own! I use this design often when hand quilting a quilt -

Oh Dresdens! They are my favorite and you are so fortunate to have found them. The center is just a variation of the circle commonly used so as Pat M suggested just make a tracing and you'll have them in no time. These are are to be treasured, especially since they are from the past.

To me it looks like a variation of the Dresden Plate.

I have seen it done before and they called it the fancy Dresden Plate.
