Does Anyone Know What This Is?

Anyone know what this is? I have a sew ezi and a sew steady table and a Bernina B710 but can’t see a reference to this in any manuals. Someone suggested it was to hold a ruler. Mat is for size reference. Thanks!

Sorry, I can't tell what it is, the picture is too small.

The picture is rather small, but it may be something like this video where you need two to join cutting mats to make one large one.

I think the picture can be enlarged, at least I can, but this is an acrylic piece 2”x10-1/2” with suction cups on each end and a 2-1/2” slot in the middle in one side.

Hopefully this picture is easier to see, not too good at posting!

According to Walmart it could be a picture frame that has suction cups for mounting on the wall but when I clicked on your picture it looks lie there is a cutting board behind/attached to it. Is this a part of the object or just behind it to give a better view of your item you are asking about.

Everyone else (I just clicked on the attached image and it popped up a larger image then I clicked on that one and again it increased--on my computer. Hope this helps you).

Did you buy the machine used? I have had three berninas but never seen anything like this. Could it be a suction seam guide?

I just put the acrylic piece on my cutting board for size reference

I bought the machine new, guess I can call dealer to see if they know, it’s with all my sewing stuff but for the life of me I can’t remember where it came from!

I have bought something similar to use on my rulers. You attach them on the top of the ruler. They keep the ruler steady and let you put more pressure to keep the ruler from slipping while cutting fabric. I am assuming the acrylic is a solid sturdy bar. They aren't mounted permanently so you can move them to whatever ruler you are using.
