I have lived in GA, TX, MS, AL, MN, WI and now NC and have never seen fabric in Target. They has a tiny section that has basic sewing supplies and a few cheap sewing machines.

No fabric in Phoenix, AZ area Target Stores.

Hobby Lobby has fabric. They took over the older Mervyns stores. Usually I purchase fabric from Walmart (until they redesign the store and fabric 'goes away.')

Quality fabric is always from JoAnnes; 35th Ave Sew and Vac Store; and Mulqueens Sewing Shop here in Glendale, AZ.
