i just saw that in 09 they had doll swaps, they were so cute, are there any going on now???

May 2011 Doll Swap is currently going on. Signups for June will be towards the end of May. Here's the May Doll Swap thread:

I think you may be talking about the Dottie Doll swaps. I have not seen one in a while.

Chele hosted the doll swaps. Now it seems like they do doll quilts/mini quilts instead, also hosted by Chele, I think.
