You are very kind. This lady is VERY lucky to have such a wonderful friend (you are, because you are putting in a lot of work), and a lot of your self into her quilt. Thank you for sharing
Don, as much as you enjoy hand quilting (and you are good at it), if $500 is fair to the both of you that is great but your talents are worth much more. GOD Bless you
As long as you are happy with the money you are charging, all is okay. Sometimes making a lot of money is not the most important thing. Good for you.
I hope they know how luck they are to get your price.
Don, you are a generous giving man. A true bargain for both AND you get the therapy that quilting gives us all or we would not do it. Blessings on you.

Good for you...sounds like a fair price!

Thank you everyone, who give me a ideal on cost for hand quilting. Not condemeing any one on some of the cost. I was give. The women who I'm doing this for is on a fixed income. Anyhow, we agreed on $500.00. I even told her pay me, 1/2 up front. And when I'm thru the other $250.00. I did 1 for my self years ago. Still have it, but the fabrics, are pretty pretty worn out. Take care everyone, and enjoy the holidays comeing up. Don-isewman

That sounds like a good price to me..as others have said, "if you're happy with it, and she's happy with it" that's a good thing.

You have a big heart I am sure she will be thrilled, and if your both happy, God bless you both, it is wonderful.
