really nice and you did a nice job of piecing on such a small pattern....

Very nice! I also like making small blocks and using up the smallest scraps.

Looks like a really fun thing to do Love the blocks, no how many or how few you make.

That's true, Twinkie, but I've done about 18 different 16" blocks now after doing a sampler of 6" blocks (about 100) and there are soooo many more to play with! My bed has two quilts, family all has some and I have no more wall space! Enjoy your day!!

My first thought is "Sweet". Love Batiks.

Wonderful small block. Your piecing is awesome. Did you trim and press your seams open? It is so flat, there is a bit of talent to do that.

Love it! What a great block with batiks.

ube, I do paper piecing with freezer paper and nested my seams on this one. (I often do press open) I made the vodka home-made Best Press with a tad of starch and find it gives a good crisp, flat seam. Thanks for asking!

Beautiful! And I love the traditional red centers.

Awesome block! I was given donated batik scraps several years ago and I am trying to use them in bigger blocks and the same color scraps aren't big enough and/or numerous enough. :). I will be checking out the 6" blocks on Quilter's Cache.

Thanks for sharing.
