My favorite sign for the door is "you are welcome in my home but you must realize one thing, I do quilt, I don't clean."
This fits me perfectly. Who has time to clean with all that sewing/quilting to be done? |
mmmmmmmmmmmmm............beware of pins and needles might be more appropriate around here. Threads just aren't that scary, but a needle in the foot really hurts.

I have one on my sewing room door from my DD, it says,
"Sewing room, watch where you sit" and pictures a goose with stick pins in her you know what, done in counted cross stitch. Carol J. |
"Beware of Pins and Needles" might be more appropriate. Those things will jump up and bite your feet.
