I am looking for the pattern for Double Dutch Star that was in a 2001 issue of McCall's Quick Quilts. Even a picture would be helpful.

This is for a friend and if anyone can help me out it would be greatly appreciated.

I have searched but found double dutch jump rope info, which is not what I wanted.

It looks like a Dutchman's Puzzle with the inner pinwheel in a different color.
