Download Quilting Designs to Shirley Stitcher
 

I have purchased quilting designs for the shirley stitcher, following the directions in the manual. But, after downloading and trying to open them, I get this message: "Pattern File is Invalid". I used the ".qli" pattern as instructed.

I don't know the process for this system. Are the files downloading in a "zip" file? You have to "extract them first.

Do you put the files on a usb and then transfer to the stitcher?

Thank you, Prism99! I had not thought of that. I am currently waiting for a reply to verify which update I need since my screen is a different size than the two listed for download. I have had the machine for many years and never updated!!!
